My first time to visit Palawan was around 2011-2012 when I took a trip to Coron. Oh, to see the crystal clear waters of Kayangan Lake, the beautiful view after a tiring hike over at Mount Tapyas, and all the wonderful colors of nature at Twin Lagoon! Fell in love with the island then; I swore to myself that I will find a way to come back! Fortunately, through Philippine Airlines, Blogapalooza's Official Airline Partner for 2017, I was given the opportunity to visit again in Puerto Princesa City last December 2017.
Now, there's a chance to yet again visit the beautiful Palawan, and I am extending the opportunity to YOU!
The Palawan International Film Festival (PIFF) 2018 is the first of its kind in the island: a festival of films that present positive values at the Philippines’ longest white sand beach in San Vicente, Palawan. It will be held on April 27-30, 2018 in GaStation Beach Resort, San Vicente, Palawan.
Representatives from the PIFF 2018 organizers reached out to us in Blogapalooza to gather a small group of bloggers that would be interested to experience the island life: movies by the beach! And not just any kind of beach, but the longest white sand beach in the Philippines!
The organizers will be providing a FREE festival pass, three meals a day during the entire festival, accommodations, and transfers from San Vicente Airport/bus terminal. You will only have to shoulder your transportation/flight to and from San Vicente.
I realize when we run our algorithms to match people for this, it might be too stringent and too objective, and so I'm doing a crowdsourcing/interest check instead. This is going to be so much fun for anyone who wants to spend Labor Day weekend over at the most beautiful island in the world.
